- Location: Douzens, at the heart of the Cathar Country, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees at the foot of the mount Alaric.
A terroir: Ideally exposed with a climate characterized by marine and western flows, clay-limestone soil Thanks to a traditional vineyard for these wines of the corbières appellation (old carignan, grenache, syrah, cinsault) as well as its range of wines (Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay) the estate maintains a spirit of authenticity in all its cultural, vinification and breeding methods, combining tradition and modernity.
A philosophy: Respecting our heritage and our terroir, we are aware of our role in preserving it. That is why we have chosen to drive our vineyards and lands in Agricultural Biologicals since 2008. All conditions are fulfilled to develop wines of great qualities.

- Situation & Exposure: South of France, Languedoc Roussillon, the vines are exposed on the foothills of the Alaric mountain - North slop - in between Carcassonne and Narbonne

- Vignification: Traditional by pigeage and reassembly long vatting
- Maturing: 11 month in barrel for the Syrah part
- Ageing: 6 years
- Tasting Notes: Intense nose, red fruits, vanilla, ample and supple mouth a harmonious and elegant wine.
