Bernard Giuliani represents the third generation that exploits the vineyard. It is in 2006 that, with his wife Aline, they named it Domain Giuliani. They are passionate winegrowers respectful of their vines and their terroir.

- Situation & Exposure: Vineyards located on the southeast slope of the appellation, on the communes of Bédarrides and Châteauneuf du Pape.

- Vignification: Traditional vignification, manual harvesting and field sorting. Degrading the harvest. Vinification in concrete vats. Beginning of vinification at low temperature. No addition of yeast or enzymes. Reassembly / shedding / punching throughout the fermentation. Fermentation time of 4/5 weeks.
- Maturing: Breeding in truncated wooden tank of 50HL between 16/18 months.
- Ageing: 10/15 years
- Tasting Notes: Appearance: dark red garnet color. Nose: black fruit jam, cherry, spices and pepper. Mouth: Roundness in attack. Very supple with tannins finely coated. Beautiful power and length. Notes very ripe, liquorice, dark chocolate. Tasting: perfectly accompanies traditional gastronomy, meats and cheeses.

- Situation & Exposure: Plots located in the town of Bédarrides on the border of the Châteauneuf du Pape appellation.

- Vignification: Manual harvesting, sorting on the plot. Our Côtes du Rhône are vinified in the same spirit as our Châteauneuf du Pape. The vatting shorter of 3/4 weeks. Breeding in truncated conical tank wood and concrete tank.
- Maturing: Rearing in truncated wooden tank and concrete tank between 10/12 months.
- Ageing: 5/8 years
- Tasting Notes: Appearance: ruby red dress.
Nose: red fruits, prunes, jammy notes.
Palate: supple, silky and round. Aromas of licorice, blackcurrant, peppery notes. Accompanied perfectly with savory pies or grilled meats.
